Today's highlight is your visit to the Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. On your way back, stop by a mountain village and meet local residents. Return to the city and visit Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Day 4 Beijing --Xian by air stay at Xian Hotel Or Tangcheng Hotel
Fly to Xi'an, a famous ancient capital, to view the 2,200-year-old terracotta warriors of China's first Emperor, Qin Shihuang. After lunch, visit Shaanxi History Museum and you will stop and climb on the ancient city wall. Enjoy a dumpling dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in 4 star Xian Hotel or Tangcheng Hotel. Day 5 Xian --Lhasa by air stay at Lhasa Hotel
Flight from Xian to Lhasa, the capital of Tibet, by air via Chengdu or direct flight. Upon arrival, transferred to Lhasa Hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to get accustomed to the Tibetan climate and altitude.Stay at Lhasa Hotel (B-L-D)

Day 6 Lhasa Stay at Lhasa Hotel
Today, you will go to visit the sacred Jokhang Monastery, a 1,300-year old golden-roofed shrine. Out of the Jokhang, you are right in the center of fascinating Barkhor area, lined with the stalls of an outdoor market selling all kinds of goods. (B-L-D)

Day 7 Lhasa Stay at Lhasa Hotel
Today's highlight is a visit to the architectural and religious wonders of the Potala Palace. In the afternoon, we will pay a visit to the Sera Monastery, located a few miles to the north of Lhasa. Enjoy a Tibetan Song & Dance Performance after dinner. (B-L-D)

Day 8 Lhasa Stay at Lhasa Hotel
Come to the western suburb of Lhasa to visit the extraordinary Drepung Monastery founded in 1416. Afterwards, we move on to a couple of small Tibetan villages where locals go about their daily business. Return to Lhasa in the afternoon and rest of the day is free for your own exploration. (B-L)

Day 9 Lhasa --Shanghai by air stay at Ocean Hotel
Take a morning flight to Shanghai via Chengdu. Check in 4 star Ocean Hotel. Take a stroll on the Bund, a splendid row of early 20th century European buildings. Enjoy an exciting acrobatic show in the evening. (B-L-D)

Day 10 Shanghai Stay at Ocean Hotel
Shanghai Visit Suzhou-style Yuyuan Garden and walk through the Old Town filled with antique markets and specialty stores. The focus of today's exploration is Shanghai Museum, a leading attraction of the city since it opened in 1994. Later, wander around the former French Concession. You will have some free time in the afternoon to explore the city by your own. Enjoy a farewell dinner at Thai Dancing Restaurant tonight. (B-L-D)

Day 11 Shanghai --Suzhou--Shanghai by car or coach stay at Ocean Hotel
Hotel Pick-up is between 8:30AM and 9.00AM at your Shanghai hotel
